POSSESSO - AZIONI POSSESSORIE (IN GENERE) - COMPETENZA PER MATERIA DEL PRETORE - ESTENSIONE ALLA FASE DI MERITO - VALORE DELLA CONTROVERSIA - IRRILEVANZA.*

La Competenza esclusiva attribuita al pretore dall'art. 8, comma secondo, n. 1, cod.proc.civ. in tema di controversie possessorie, non e limitata alla pronuncia dei provvedimenti immediati, ma si estende anche alla fase successiva di merito, ed e del tutto indipendente dal valore della causa.
