Il conducente di un autoveicolo deve tener conto del comportamento imprudente altrui quando esso si presenti ragionevolmente prevedibile ed e tenuto a preoccuparsene in maniera particolare quando esso appare gia in atto da manifestazioni esteriori. (Conf mass n 116408).*
