La pattuizione che prevede il pagamento del prezzo per mezzo di tratta sposta il luogo di adempimento al domicilio del debitore- compratore solo se tale modalita sia stata convenuta come esclusiva e il venditore-creditore abbia espressamente rinunciato al foro previsto dagli artt 1498 terzo comma e 1182, terzo comma, cod civ.
