OBBLIGAZIONI IN GENERE - INADEMPIMENTO - COSTITUZIONE IN MORA - OFFERTA NON FORMALE - PAGAMENTO CON ASSEGNO BANCARIO - INSUFFICIENZA.*

L'offerta, da parte del debitore al creditore, di un assegno bancario, anche se circolare, non vale quale offerta non formale di cui all'art 1220 cod civ, e pertanto non e idonea ad escludere la mora del debitore.*
