L'art 3 della legge 7 ottobre 1969 n 742, nella parte in cui precisa che la sospensione dei termini processuali non si applica 'alle cause ed ai procedimenti indicati nell'art 92 dell'ordinamento giudiziario nonche alle controversie previste dagli artt 429 e 459 codice di procedura civilè, ha carattere interpretativo del precedente art 3 legge n 818 del 1965.*
