EDILIZIA - COSTRUZIONE EDILIZIA - NOZIONE IN RELAZIONE ALL'ARTICOLO 1 DELLA LEGGE N. 10 DEL 1977 - LIVELLAMENTO DI TERRENO A SCOPO EDILIZIO OD INDUSTRIALE - NECESSITÀ DELLA LICENZA O CONCESSIONE EDILIZIA.*

L'art. 1 della legge 28 gennaio 1977 n. 10 vieta "ogni attività comportante trasformazione urbanistica ed edilizia del territorio comunale", comprendendo in tale dizione anche le opere di livellamento del terreno a scopo edilizio od industriale. (Conf mass n 145527).*
