Una semplice menzogna o piu menzogne possono costituire comportamento doloso, quando siano servite ad occultare un fatto che, se conosciuto dall'altro contraente, ne avrebbe determinato diversamente la volizione. (Conf 2555-67 massima n 329907 V anche 1573-68 massima n 333303).*
