L'eccezione d'inadempimento non puo essere opposta dal convenuto in un giudizio di risoluzione, qualora le reciproche inadempienze si riferiscono a contratti distinti ed autonomi, tali da non poter essere considerati in modo unitario oppure come reciprocamente condizionati.
