L'effettuazione dell'offerta reale, con tutte le formalita di cui agli artt 1208 e segg cod civ, e necessaria per mettere in mora il creditore; mentre, per evitare la mora del debitore, ai sensi dell'art 1220 cod civ, e sufficiente un'offerta non formale, purche seria.*
