L'atto di concorrenza sleale e riferibile all'imprenditore concorrente anche se compiuto da un commesso o da un ausiliario, fuori dallo Esercizio delle incombenze affidategli, purche vi sia interesse dello imprenditore all'atto concorrenziale.*
