Nel mandato senza rappresentanza nessun rapporto si costituisce fra mandante e terzo, e il mandatario e direttamente obbligato nei confronti dell'altro contraente anche se il contratto involga interessi esclusivamente propri del mandante e l'altro contraente non ignori l'esistenza di costui.
