MISURE CAUTELARI - REALI - SEQUESTRO CONSERVATIVO - PRESUPPOSTI

Il giudice penale può disporre, su richiesta della parte civile e sempre che ricorrano i presupposti, il sequestro conservativo indipendentemente dal fatto che sul bene gravi anche la cautela civile.
