La sentenza che nel procedimento ingiunzionale rigetta integralmente l'opposizione non si sostituisce al decreto di ingiunzione impugnato pertanto, in tal caso, il titolo esecutivo e costituito dal decreto ingiuntivo e non dalla sentenza che integralmente lo conferma.
