La indicazione 'al portatorè in un libretto di deposito bancario e essenziale per attribuire al titolo tale carattere, tanto e vero che tale indicazione prevale anche sulla intestazione nominativa del documento, che ad essa si accompagni. (V 2074-68, massima n 334203).*
