La continenza di cause, ai sensi ed agli effetti dell'art 39 cod proc civ, ricorre anche nell'ipotesi di controversie instaurate con domande contrapposte relative al medesimo rapporto negoziale, come quelle, in tema di compravendita, con cui il venditore ed il compratore agiscano rispettivamente per il pagamento del prezzo e per la risoluzione del contratto.
