LAVORO - LAVORO SUBORDINATO - INDENNITÀ - DI FINE RAPPORTO DI LAVORO - PRESCRIZIONE - DECORRENZA.*

Il diritto all'indennità di fine rapporto sorge all'atto della cessazione dal servizio ed è, pertanto, da tale momento che comincia a decorrere il termine prescrizionale ad esso applicabile. (V. 1067/75, mass. N. 374491; (V. 909/75, mass. N. 374293; (V. 523/75, mass. N. 373829).*
