Nel contratto a favore del terzo non sussistono limiti in ordine alla natura del diritto che puo essere attribuito a terzo. Questo diritto, pertanto, puo ben essere costituito da un jus in re aliena ed, in particolare, da una servitu prediale. (Conf 1807'66, mass n 323528).*
