Ai fini del delitto di favoreggiamento personale, non è necessario il dolo specifico, ravvisabile nel fine di aiutare taluno ad eludere le investigazioni dell'autorità, essendo sufficiente il dolo generico, consistente nella volontà cosciente di commettere azioni, che costituiscono aiuto consapevole ad eludere le investigazioni.
